Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Wagamama Limited has applied to Somerset County Council (Mendip Area) for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Wagamama, Units 29 & 30, Clarks Village Outlet Centre, Farm Road, Somerset, BA16 0BB.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Sale of alcohol (on and off the premises) from 10:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Monday to Sunday. Late night refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Monday to Sunday. Opening hours from 10:00 hours until 00:30 hours Monday to Sunday. Any representations regarding the abovementioned application must be received in writing by Somerset Couty Council Licensing department, The Council Offices, Cannards Grave Road, Shepton Mallet, Somerset, BA4 5BT no later than 1st November 2023 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Somerset County Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - https://www.somerset.gov.uk/
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
