Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a New Premises Licence
North East Greek Global Ltd have applied for a new premises licence at New Greek, 161-163 Chillingham Road, Heaton, Newcastle upon Tyne NE6 5XN for the supply of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises Monday – Sunday between 11:00 and 22:30. Conditions will apply.
Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH Or licensing@newcastle.gov.uk by 3 November 2023.
The application may be inspected during opening hours at Council Offices or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
