What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 5th October 2023, Cupid’s Health Club Limited applied to Salford City Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Cupid’s, 13-17 Sutherland Street, Swinton, Salford M27 6AT. The proposed variation is;- 
1. To vary the hours for alcohol and opening on Thursdays and Sundays to 12:00 to 01:00; and Fridays and Saturdays to 12:00 to 03:00. 
2. To permit Late Night Refreshment on Mondays and Tuesdays 23:00 to 00:00; Wednesdays and Thursdays 23:00 to 01:00; Fridays and Saturdays 23:00 to 03:00; and Sundays 23:00 to 01:00. 
3. To permit Live and Recorded Music, Performances of Dance and anything of a similar description on Mondays and Tuesdays 12:00 to 00:00; Wednesdays and Thursdays 12:00 to 01:00; Fridays and Saturdays 12:00 to 03:00; and Sundays 12:00 to 01:00. 

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- The Principal Licensing Officer, Salford City Council, Regulatory Services, Place, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Salford M27 5AW or by email to licensing@salford.gov.uk no later than 2nd November 2023 stating the grounds for representations. 

The register of Salford City Council the record of the application may be inspected at the above address during normal office hours. 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
