1 - 3 Birchgrove Road - Application to Vary the Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Marston’s PLC to the Licensing Authority of Cardiff County Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Birchgrove Inn at 1 - 3 Birchgrove Road, Whitchurch, Cardiff, CF14 1RR.
The application includes the following terms:- 1. Application to amend Annex 2 condition 6 and add additional condition in respect of external areas. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Cardiff County Council, Room 203, City Hall, Cardiff. CF10 3ND.
A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 2nd November 2023 (www.cardiff.gov.uk)
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
