Notice of application for a new Premises Licence

Applicant: Wobbly Aleways Ltd. Premises: Wobbly Aleways, Unit 11 Central Station, Newcastle Central Railway Station, Neville Street, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 5DL. 

Notice is hereby given that Wobbly Aleways Ltd has applied on the 6th October 2023 to Newcastle City Council for a New Premises Licence application under the Licensing Act 2003. The application sought is to permit recorded music and anything similar 09.00 to 23.30 daily and sale of alcohol (both on and off the premises) 09.00 to 23.00 daily. 

The opening hours of the premises will be every day 09.00 to 23.30. Conditions will apply. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Department, Newcastle City Council, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8QH. Representations must be received no later than 3rd November 2023. 

The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.newcastle.gov.uk.

It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
