What is proposed?

STRATFORD on AVON DC
LICENSING AUTHORITY LICENSING ACT 2003
Mr. Mark Roden is applying for the new grant of a Premises Licence for The Folly Inn, Folly Lane, Napton on the Hill, Southam, Warwickshire CV47 8NZ.
If granted the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place: Sale of alcohol on the premises, sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises, provision of regulated entertainment, provision of facilities for regulated entertainment. The intention to make any variation to the premises
licence is to: Cover the usage in both the main building of The Folly Inn and The Potting Shed building and surrounding garden area.

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and 9am to 4.30pm on Fridays, except bank holidays. It is an offence knowingly
or recklessly to make a false state- ment in connection with an applica- tion the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary convic- tion for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
