NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 26th September 2023 Euro Garages Limited applied to Bracknell Forest Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Twin Bridges, Downshire Way, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1QN.

The proposed licensable activities are;-

1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00.

2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Public Protection Partnership (Licensing) Bracknell Forest Council, Time Square, Bracknell RG12 1JD; licensing@bracknell-forest.gov.uk no later than the 24th October 2023 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Bracknell Forest Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address by appointment.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
