NOTICE is hereby given that I Gareth Wilkins applied on 3rd October 2023 for a New Premises Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: Hive Stores, 31-32 Grosvenor Road, Altrincham, WA14 1LA under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide: The sale by retail of alcohol; between the hours of 08:00-22:00 Monday to Sunday. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Team, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, M32 0TH. Representations may also be made to the Licensing Team by emailing: licensing@trafford.gov.uk. Any representation shall be made in writing on or before the following date: 1st November 2023. A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, at Trafford Council, and can be viewed Monday to Friday between 10.00am-1.00pm and 2.00pm-4.00pm it is also available via licensingregister.trafford.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
