NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 26th September 2023 Euro Garages Limited applied to Somerset Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Dunball, Old Mount Road Dunball Bridgwater TA6 4WD.

The proposed licensable activities are; -

1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00.

2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Department, Somerset Council, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater TA6 3AR no later than the 24th October 2023 stating the grounds for representations.

The register of Somerset Council and the record of the application may be inspected on our website https://www.somerset.gov.uk/business-economy-and-licences/licensing/recent-licence-applications/ or alternatively at the above address Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30 pm. Not including bank holidays.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
