NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 26th September 2023 Euro Garages Limited applied to Dorset Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Red Post PFS, Main Road A31, Winterborne Zelston, Blandford Forum, Dorset DT11 9EX. The proposed licensable activities are;- 1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing emailing: licensing@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk or in writing to Licensing Dorset Council, County Hall, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1XJ no later than the 24th October 2023 stating the grounds for representations.

The register of Dorset Council and the record of the application may be inspected by contacting the licensing section during normal office hours or via email or phone on 01305 838028. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
