Clwb Rygbl, Application For Premises Licence

Public Notice Section 17, Licensing Act 2003.

Notice is hereby given by Clwb Rygbl Crymych Cyf that on the 28.09.2023 an application was made to Pembrokeshire County Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises Clwb Rygbi Crymych Cyf, Tenby Road, Crymych, Pembrokeshire.

The application relates to grant of new premises licence for the retail sale of alcohol, provision of regulated entertainment and Late Night Refreshment.

Any representations to Pembrokeshire County Council in respect of the application should be made to the Lead Licensing Officer, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest, SA61 1TP or by email to llcensing@pembrokeshlre.gov.uk.

Representations must be submitted by 26/10/2023 clearly stating the grounds upon which representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003.

The above application can be Inspected during normal business hours at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP by prior arrangement or on the council's website at www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/llcensing.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
