What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Northern Hospitality (MCR) Limited to the Licensing Authority of Manchester City Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Hula Tiki Bar at 11a Stevenson Square, Manchester, M1 1DB. 

The application includes the following terms: 
1. To permit licensable activities sale of alcohol and recorded music 11:00 to 06:00 Friday and Saturday and dated specified in the application. 
2. To delete conditions at Annex 2, condition 6, 9, 16 and 18. 
3. To amend conditions Annex 2, condition 15. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Manchester City Council, Premises Licensing, Level 1, Town Hall Extension, Albert Square PO Box 532, Manchester, M60 2LA. 

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 26th October 2023 (www.manchester.gov.uk/licensing) 

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
