Notice Of Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is given that I, Baljinder Kaur, have on the 29th September 2023 applied to Peterborough City Council as the Licensing Authority for a premises licence for The Marigold Tavern, 41 Crowland Road, Peterborough, PE6 7TP. Licensable Activities applied for : ‘On’ Sales of Alcohol – Monday to Sunday – 11am to 1am. ‘Off’ Sales of alcohol – Monday to Sunday 9am – 8pm (From attached convenience store ONLY) Plays & Films – 11am – 1am (Outdoors until 9pm). Live & Recorded Music, Dancing – 11am to 1am (Outdoors until 9pm). Late Night Refreshment – 11pm to 1am.
Anyone wishing to make representations concerning this application should do so in writing to:Peterborough City Council, Licensing Section, Sand Martin House, Bittern Way, Fletton Quays, Peterborough, PE2 8TY. Representations in respect of this application must reach the Licensing Authority by 27th October 2023. Persons wishing to inspect the register, or the record of this application may do
so by contacting the office of the Licensing Section, during office hours, Monday to Friday inclusive. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is £5000.
