What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Caribbean Classic Limited in respect of premises known as Caribbean Classic, 7 Ace Parade, Chessington, KT9 1DR, applied to Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames for a Variation of a Premises Licence.The proposed variation is to extend the hours for the provision of regulated entertainment (to include live music, recorded music and performances of dance) from the current hours of Friday 10:00 to 23:00 to the proposed hours of Friday & Saturday 10:00 to 01:30 the following morning. To extend the hours for Late Night Refreshment from the current hours of Monday to Saturday 23:00 to 00:30 the following morning and Sunday 23:00 to 23:30 to the proposed hours of Sunday to Thursday 23:00 to 00:30 the following morning and Friday & Saturday 23:00 to 01:30 the following morning. To add off sales of alcohol and to extend the hours for the sale of alcohol on & off from the current hours of Monday to Saturday 10:00 to Midnight to the proposed hours of Monday to Thursday 10:00 to Midnight and Friday & Saturday 10:00 to 01:30 the following morning (Sunday hours to remain the same).The opening hours of the premises will be Sunday to Thursday 07:00 to 00:30 the following morning and Friday & Saturday 07:00 to 02:00 the following morning.To add Conditions to the Premises Licence, which can be viewed upon request, relating to CCTV, staff training, door staff and Challenge 25 and to remove the embedded restrictions of the Premises Licence.
