What is proposed?
Notice is hereby given that The Real Outdoor Xperience Ltd has applied in respect of Lake 12, Spine Road East, South Cerney, Gloucestershire, GL7 5TL for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for for the sale of alcohol on the premises in The Lodge cafe and bistro and for event functions. Operating hours would be no later than 23:00hrs and at times when the premises is open and serving food.
Representations to this application must be made in writing by 06 / 10 / 2023 to the Business Support - Licensing, Environmental & Regulatory Services, Cotswold District Council, Trinity Road, Cirencester, Glos., GL7 1PX where applications can be inspected during office hours. It is an offence liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
