NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT METRIX PALAZZO LIMITED has applied to Trafford Council on 21 September 2023 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Walljam Unit A8-A12, Barton Square, Phoenix Way, Trafford Park, Manchester M17 8AS for the provision of regulated entertainment (Indoor Sporting Events/Recorded Music/Exhibition of Films) Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 00:00, the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 io 00:00 and the sale by retail of alcohol (on sales) Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 00:00, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to, Trafford Council Licensing Section, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford M32 0TH or by email to licensing@trafford.gov.uk to be received by no later than 19 October 2023 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council's website www.trafford.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council's offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
