We Lopes & Gouveia LTD do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Spelthorne Borough Council for a Premises Licence at 49 Church Road, Ashford, TW15 2TY and known as Porto Madeira Supermarket.
The application is to; Sale of alcohol - off licence. Monday to Saturday from 07.00am until 23.00, Sunday’s from 08.00am to 23.00
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Spelthorne Borough Council, Licensing Section, Knowle Green, Staines, TW18 1XB or by email to licensing@spelthorne.gov.uk not later than 24.10.2023. Representations received after this date will not be considered.
A copy of the application can be viewed at Spelthorne Borough Council, Licensing Section, Knowle Green, Staines during normal office hours.
it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
