What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Bloomsbury Leisure Holdings Limited has applied in respect of the The Strand, 430 The Strand, London, WC2R 0QN for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: Late night refreshment - Monday to Thursday: 23.00 to 23.30; Friday and Saturday: 23.00 to 00.00; Sunday preceding bank holiday Monday: 23.00 to 23.30. Supply of alcohol - Sunday: 12.00 to 22.10; Monday to Thursday: 10.00 to 23.10; Friday and Saturday: 10.00 to 23.40. Sunday preceding bank holiday Monday: 10.00 to 23.40. To permit the premises to open: Sunday: 08.00 to 22.30; Monday to Thursday: 08.00 to 23.30; Friday and Saturday: 08.00 to 00.00. Sunday preceding bank holiday Monday: 08.00 to 00.00. The premises will trade as a full day offer, including licensable and non licensable activities: Coffee bar from 8am, with dedicated coffee kiosk. Noodle Kitchen for lunch and evening food. Bar focussing on craft beer. Licensable activities to operate to Core Hours (Policy HRS 1). In making this application, the applicant has considered the Westminster City Council Statement of licensing Policy, including policy SCZ1 and has put measures into the operating schedule. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 23 October 2023, to the City of Westminster Licensing Authority at Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 5QP.
