Notice is given that Mr Lloyd Paul Thomas Guinan has applied to Thanet District Council on the 4th October 2023 for the grant of a premises licence
for the on and off sales of alcohol at Press, 33a Station Road, Westgate-on-Sea, Kent CT8 8RB
Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 23:00 hours
Extended on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, Westgate Carnival and Bank Holidays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays till 00:00 hours
Extended on New Year’s Eve till 02:00 as more particularly set out in the application below.
Any person who wishes to make a representation to this application must
give notice in writing to Thanet District Council Licensing Department, Cecil
Street, Margate, Kent CT9 1AY, and this should be received by no later than
the 2nd November 2023 stating the grounds for making said representation.
A record of the application can be inspected at the Council’s premises at Cecil Street, Margate, Kent CT9 1AY during office hours.
It an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or
recklessly make any false statements in or in connection with an application
for a premises licence, and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an
offence is £5,000.
