NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I/We Qudratullah Dourandish of Unit 3, Pizza Farm, Quarrybank Workshops, Oxton Rd, Birkenhead CH41 2ZD have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as Pizza Farm of Unit 3, Pizza Farm, Quarrybank Workshops, Oxton Rd, Birkenhead CH41 2ZD for the following licensable activities :-
Nature of Licensable Activity - Sale of late-night food and drink (Refreshments) through takeaway and delivery.
Days and Hours Requested - Sunday-Thursday 15.00-01.00. Friday & Saturday 15.00-02.00.

Any person wish to make representations in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 14.10.2023.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a level 5 fine on the standard scale.
