I Mr Michael Colclough hereby confirms by way of notice that an application has been submitted to Staffordshire Moorland District Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of: The Crafty Beer Cave, 12 Fountain Street, Leek, Staffordshire, ST13 6JP.
Licensable activities applied for: The sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises (consumption on the premises for sampling purposes only). Sunday to Thursday 10.00-20.00, Friday and Saturday 10.00 - 22.00
Opening times of the premises. Sunday to Thursday 10.00 - 20.00, Friday and Saturday 10.00 -22.00
A register is held at the Staffordshire Moorlands District Council containing information of all applications under the Licensing Act 2003 and can be inspected by appointment at the offices of Staffordshire Moorlands District Council, Moorlands House, Stockwell Street, Leek, ST13 6HQ by appointment between the hours of 10..00am and 4.00pm.

A responsible authority or any other person may make representations in writing to Staffordshire Moorlands District Council Licensing Team by 20 October 2023.
