LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that Destinalion9 Ltd has applied to London Borough of Tower Hamlets Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the licensing Act 2003 for the premises named Lazy Eight at 125-127 Bethnal Green Road London, E2 7DG for The on sale of alcohol and the showing of films Monday to Sunday between the hours of 1200 midday - and 2330.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to The licensing team, Mulberry Place, 5 Clove Crescent London, E14 2BG or by email to licensing@towerhamlets.gov.uk website www.towerhamlets.gov.uk tel: 020 7364 5008. Representations must be received no later than 16th October 2023.
The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a fake statement in connection with as application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard sole (£5000).
