Notice of Application for a Premises Licence (Section 17 of the Act) Name of Applicant : The Crafty Jar Name and Address of Premises or Club: The Crafty Jar, 161 Lower High Street, Stourbridge, West Midlands, DY8 1TS Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities or Relevant Qualifying Club Activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises. 

Supply of Alcohol (on and off the premises ) and recorded music. 

Sunday to Wednesday 12.00 - 22.30 Thursday to Saturday 12.00 - 23.00 

The Full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Section (see below) between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays). An online summary of the application can be viewed on www.dudley.gov.uk

 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
