Application to Vary a Premises Licence

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.

Notice is hereby given that Mr Cem Kalen has applied to the Redbridge Council to vary a Premises Licence at ELLA Supermarket, 604 Chigwell Road, London, IG8 8AA. The nature of the application is as follows:

- Extending the hours for sale of alcohol consumption OFF the premises

Sunday to Wednesday from 23:00 to 02:00

Thursday to Saturday from 23:00 to 04:00

- Opening Hours Monday to Sunday from 00:00 to 00:00.

Other persons or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to Licensing Authority, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford Essex IG1 1NY. Representations may also be made electronically at https://www/. redbridge.gov.uk/business/licensing-including-streettrading/alcohol-regulated-entertainment-and-late-nightrefreshment/licensing-representations/.

Representations must be received no later than 10th October 2023.

IT IS AN OFFENCE KNOWINGLY OR RECKLESSLY TO MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THIS APPLICATION. THE MAXIMUM FINE LIABLE ON CONVICTION FOR THIS OFFENCE IS UNLIMITED.
