APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Noura Kingston Ltd has applied to RB Kingston Upon Thames for a Premises licence to permit the sale by retail of alcohol on and off the premises daily 10am to Midnight, live and recorded music daily 10am to Midnight and late night refreshment daily 11pm to Midnight at Willow Tree, 16 The Triangle, Kingston Upon Thames KT1 3RT.
A full copy of this application can be inspected at Licensing Team, Guildhall 1, High St Kingston Upon Thames KT1 1EU Tel 0208 547 5000, by appointment with the Licensing Team. Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 10 October 2023. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one of the four licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard Scale under Section 158 of the licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
