Notice is given that CRAFT BEER FESTIVALS LTD applied to BRISTOL COUNCIL for a Premises License at:
LLOYDS AMPHITHEATRE WATERFRONT, EXPLORE LANE, BRISTOL, BS1 5LL AND NEIGHBOURING AREAS, HANNOVER QUAY AND WATERFRONT SQUARE
In order that the following licensable activities can take place once a year at Bristol Craft Beer Festival typically held on the second weekend of June (subject to dates/permission being granted by Bristol Council):

Any representations against this application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Service at Licensing Team (100 TS),PO BOX 3399, Bristol BS1 9NE or via email: licensing@bristol.gov.uk by no later than the November 1st, 2023.
Residents and businesses in the vicinity of the premises, or their representatives, may make representations on licensing objectives grounds only, i.e. the prevention of crime and disorder, the prevention of public nuisance, public safety and the protection of children from harm.
Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5000 for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
