NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE TRANSFER OF A LICENCE
Petty Sessions District of Enniskillen
County Court Division of Fermanagh & Tyrone
TAKE NOTICE that I, Brian Morrison of 39 Rosfad Road, Ballinamallard in the County of Fermanagh intend at the Magistrates' Court Sitting at Enniskillen on Wednesday the 11th day of October 2023 at 10.00am to apply for the transfer to me of the Licence at present held by George Beatty of Main Street, Ballinamallard, County Fermanagh for the premises situate at and known as Le Horizon, Main Street, Ballinamallard, County Fermanagh, BT94 2FY being the premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises specified in Article 5(1).
A Protection Order authorising Brian Morrison of 39 Rosfad Road, Ballinamallard in the County of Fermanagh to carry on the business under the licence was granted on the 12th day of April 2023 by the Magistrates' Court sitting at Enniskillen Courthouse for the period of 6 months from the date of the Order.
I am the owner of the business carried on under the Licence.
The owner of the premises is George Beatty.
The Licence will be deposited with the Clerk of Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the application.
FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that any person owning or residing or carrying on business in the vicinity of the premises for which the Transfer is sought who intends to object to the transfer of such Licence must in accordance with Schedule 4 and 5 of the Licensing Order serve notice of the intention to object upon the Applicant and the Clerk of Petty Sessions, The Courthouse, Enniskillen not less than one week before 11th October 2023.
