Does hereby give notice that on 21 August 2023 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council, and the relevant authorities for a new premises licence for a
restaurant & takeaway to be known as:
'Donchevi Kitchen' 10 Montague Place, Worthing, BN11 3BG

The application seeks to allow the following Licensable activities to be conducted between the hours of: Sale of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises: 09:30hrs to 22:30hrs Monday – Sunday. Opening to the Public:
09:00hrs to 23:00hrs Monday - Sunday

Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her
objection and send to : The Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing Councils Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1HS Or email: licensing.unit@adur-worthing.gov.uk

Representations must reach the Licensing Unit no later than: 17 October 2023. The application may be viewed, in full, at the above offices between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday or details found at:

worthing Information as to the date of any hearing required to determine the application
may be obtained from the Adur & Worthing Councils’ Licensing Unit.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000
