What is proposed?
PREMISES LICENCE APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that We, Collaboration Spirits, have applied for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Collaboration House, Unit 14, Western House Business Park, Melsonby, DL10 5NF. The proposed licensable activities are sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises between 0900 and 1700 Monday to Friday.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond, DL10 4JX no later than 6/10/23 stating the grounds for the representation. The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the address given above during normal business hours, or on the council's website - www.northyorks.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
