An application has been made by: Mr Nileshkumar Nayi To the Licensing Authority for the Borough of Crawley for the grant of a premises licence for: Shiva Divine Ltd T/A Kwikin, 17 Tilgate Parade, Tilgate, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 5EQ. The application includes proposals to: Sell alcohol by retail. Further Information;It's a convenience store, has all the other items to serve the customer under one roof. It also have post office in the premises. So newspapers, greeting cards, stationery, confectionary, pet food, grocery, and off license. The store only will sale alcohol on site. No consumption.
The application may be viewed at the Licensing Section, Town Hall, The Boulevard, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 1UZ, during normal office hours. Interested parties or responsible authorities may make representation in writing on or before: 17 October 2023. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable is £5,000 on summary conviction for the offence.
