VARIATION TO PREMISES LICENCE Licensing Act 2023
We, Things Happen Here Ltd, do hereby give notice that on 26th September 2023 we applied to the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Council to vary the Premises Licence at Meadowbrook Community Centre, Meadowbrook, Shinners Bridge, Dartington, Totnes, TQ9 6JD known as Things Happen Here.
The application is to:
- Extend hours of live and recorded music on Friday and Saturday and New Year’s Eve to be from 11am to 1am.
- Extend hours for supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises on Friday and Saturday and New Year’s Eve to be from 11am to 1am.
- Extend opening hours on Friday and Saturday and New Year’s Eve to be from 8:30am to 1.30am.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Department, South Hams District Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, TQ9 5NE or by email: licensing@swdevon.gov.uk .
Representations must be received NO LATER than 24th October 2023.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address by appointment during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
