What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE
LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Post Bistro Ltd has applied to Broxbourne Council for a premises licence in relation to Artysanz, 72 High Street, Hoddesdon, EN11 8ET to permit live music, recorded music and late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 02:00 and supply of alcohol Monday to Sunday 12:00 to 02:00 with an extension to 03:00 on New Year’s Eve for each of the aforementioned licensable activities. Full details of the application can be inspected at the address noted below during normal business hours. Representations by any person or a responsible authority regarding this application may be made in writing to The Licensing Manager Environmental Health Section Borough of Broxbourne Borough Offices Bishops College Churchgate Cheshunt Herts EN8 9XQ or at www.broxbourne.gov.uk. Such written representation must be received by 13th October 2023 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
