What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd September 2023 Euro Garages Limited applied to Bristol City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Eastville Park, Muller Road, Eastville, Bristol BS5 6PX.
The proposed licensable activities are;-
1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00.
2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00.
Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Bristol City Council, Licensing Team (100TS) PO Box 3399, Bristol BS1 9NE or via email to licensing@bristol.gov.uk no later than the 20th October 2023 stating the grounds for representations.
The register of Bristol City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at 100 Temple Street, Bristol BS1 6AG between 9am and 5pm Monday – Friday with the exception of Wednesday when the opening hours are 10.00 am and 5.00pm or on the Council’s website at www. bristol.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
