PUBLIC NOTICE: AN APPLICATION TO GRANT A PREMISES LICENCE

An application has been made by Larchcroft Trading Company Ltd to Chelmsford City Council for a Premises Licence, namely at: Old Barn, Twitty Fee, Danbury, CM3 4PG. For the off-sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday between the hours of 0800 and 2200.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations regarding this application, which must be made in writing and addressed to: The Licensing Team at: Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1 JE or by email to: licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk no later that 19/10/2023.

The full application can be arranged for viewing upon request with the licensing department.

It is a summary offence, liable to an unlimited fine on conviction, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. www.pclicensing.co.uk
