What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Five Guys JV Limited has applied to London Borough of Croydon for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Five Guys, Unit 1b, Valley Retail and Leisure Park, Hesterman Way, Croydon, CR0 4YA. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: 
1. Films and Recorded Music (indoors) and Opening Hours Sunday to Wednesday 08:00 to 23:30 and Thursday to Saturday 08:00 to 00:30; 
2. Late Night Refreshment (indoors and outdoors) Thursday to Saturday 23:00 to 00:00; 
3. Supply of Alcohol (both on and off the premises) Sunday to Wednesday 11:00 to 23:00 and Thursday to Saturday 11:00 to 00:00; and 
4. Non-Standard Timings for New Years Eve.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Place Department, Licensing Team, 6th Floor, Zone A, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CRO 1AE no later than 18thOctober 2023 stating the grounds for representation. 

The register of London Borough of Croydon and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.croydon.gov.uk 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
