NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that VERTICAL SMILE PROJECT LTD has applied to London Borough of Tower Hamlets Licensing Authority on 12th September 2023 for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for Arches 275-276 Poyser Street, London, E2 9RF. The proposed application is to permit the provision of regulated entertainment with the following hours: Mon-Thurs: 10am-11pm, Fri-Sat: 10am-midnight Sun: 10am-10pm and for the sale by retail of alcohol with the following hours: Mon-Thurs: noon-11pm, Fri-Sat: noon-midnight, Sun: noon-10pm with non-standard timings from the end of permitted hours on New Years' Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Years' Day. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited fine).
