What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by David Lloyd Leisure Limited to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham to vary the Premises Licence for the David Lloyd Leisure at Unit 24, Fulham Broadway Retail Centre, Fulham, London, SW6 1BW. 

The application includes the following terms: 1. Variation to change the internal 2nd floor licensed layout of the premises and to expand the size of the licensed areas to include the spa areas being relocated to the 3rd floor as per the drawings deposited with the Licensing Authority. A record of the application details may be inspected at www.lbhf.gov.uk/licensing or by request (020 8753 1081). 

Anyone wishing to make a representation about this application must give notice in writing specifying the grounds of representation to licensing@lbhf.gov.uk or via the register: www.lbhf.gov.uk/licensing by 16 October 2023. Persons making representations will be invited to attend a public hearing before a Licensing Sub Committee of the Council.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
