Variation of a Premises Licence

APPLICANT: Rubicon Pastimes Limited PREMISES:
Olympia, Foreshore Road, Scarborough, North
Yorkshire, YO11 1NU
NOTICE is given that an application has been made
to vary the premises licence in accordance with a
submitted plan. The variation is an expansion of the
licensed area to accommodate an area with seating,
pool tables, a servery and two karaoke rooms in
accordance with Plan 301 2nd floor pro licensing
RevC. There are no changes to the licensable
hours or activities.
Any representations regarding the above mentioned
application must be received in writing by Licensing
Services, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street,
Scarborough, YO11 2HG or via email at licensing.
services.sca@northyorks.gov.uk no later than 10th
October 2023 stating the grounds for the
representation. The register and the record of this
application may be inspected at the offices at the
address given above during normal business hours,
or on the council’s website (https://www.northyorks.
gov.uk).
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A
person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction
should such a false statement be made.
