APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Madhav Private Ltd have applied to Kirklees Council for a premises licence at 43 Westbourne Road, Huddersfield HD1 4LG to sell alcohol (for consumption off the premises) 6am-11pm daily. The application/licensing register can be inspected during office hours at the address below or at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing Any person may make representations in writing by 10/10/23 to Licensing Office, Flint St Depot, Flint St, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or email to licensing@kirklees.gov.uk It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
