A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER
SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 14th September 2023 Alliance Property Holdings Limited applied to Northumberland County Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Martins, 1 Sanderson Arcade, Morpeth NE61 1NS. The proposed licensable activities are:- 1. The supply of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 06:00 and 23:00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Section, Northumberland County
Council, Stakeford Depot, East View, Stakeford, Choppington NE62 5TR no later than the 12th October 2023 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Northumberland County Council and the record of the application may be inspected Monday to Thursday 9am to 4:30pm and Friday 9am to 3pm. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
