APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
We, E A Wallace Ltd, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that
an application for a Premises Licence has been
submitted to Wyre Council in relation to premises
known as Land at Valiant’s Farm and situate at
Lancaster Road, Outer Rawcliffe, Lancashire, PR3
6BL, a brief description of the activities being sought
by the application being as follows: the sale of
alcohol from 10:00 to 22:00 Sunday to Wednesday
and from 10:00 to 23:00 Thursday to Saturday; and,
the provision of regulated entertainment from 10:00
to 22:00 Sunday to Wednesday and from 10:00 to
23:00 Thursday to Saturday. Any such
representations must be made in writing and be
made no later than 9th October 2023 to the relevant
Licensing Authority, the postal address and, where
appropriate, the world wide web address (where the
register of the authority is kept and where the record
of the application may be inspected) being as
follows: Licensing Department, Wyre Council, Civic
Centre, Breck Road, Poulton le Fylde, Lancashire,
FY6 7PU (www.wyre.gov.uk) Note: it is an offence to
knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with an application. A person guilty of
such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine on
