What is proposed?

The Licensing Act (2003)

Take notice that BAR 80 LIVERPOOL LTD., has applied for a Premises Licence at 78-80 Walton Vale, Walton, Liverpool L9 2BU, for the following: Indoor sporting events and Live (e) & recorded music (f) and anything of a similar description to e, f or g from 23:00 until 00:30 hours Sunday to Thursday and Friday & Saturday from 23:00 until 01:00, Late night refreshment on/off the premises from 23:00 until 00:30 Sunday to Thursday and Friday & Saturday from 23:00 until 01:00, and the retail sale of alcohol on/off the premises from 08:00 until 00:30 Sunday to Thursday and Friday & Saturday from 08:00 until 01:00 hours. Hours of opening will be from 08:00 until 00:30 Sunday to Thursday and from 08:00 until 01:00 Friday & Saturday. 

You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it via liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations, alternatively ring 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application. Representation can also be made by post to - Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool L3 1AH. 

Any responsible authority or any other party wishing to make representations on the application must do so to the Licensing Authority of Liverpool City Council referred to above. Representations must be in writing and must be received by the Licensing Authority no later than the 12th day of October 2023. 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable with an unlimited maximum fine on summary conviction.
