What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Pizza Pilgrims Limited has applied in respect of the Pizza Pilgrims Croydon AMP, Units 2 & 3 (formerly Smoothbean), AMP House, 4 Dingwall Road, Croydon, CR0 2LX for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: Sale of alcohol from 10.00 until 00.00, daily. 

Late night refreshment from 23.00 until 00.00, daily. To permit the premises to open for an additional 30 minutes after the cessation of licensable activity. Please refer to the full application for plans and conditions. 

Application details can be viewed at Access Croydon Reception, Bernard Weatherill House between 9am and 3.45pm, Monday to Friday by appointment (except Bank Holidays), or online via www.croydon.gov.uk 

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 11 October 2023, to the Place Department, Licensing Team, 6th Floor, Zone A, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon,CR0 1EA.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
