I/We The Beak Brewery Ltd do hereby serve notice on 05/09/2023 that it is my/our intention to apply to Lewes District Council for the grant of a new premises licence to use or permit the use of the premises known as: OS Grid reference TQ416085, The Party Field, The Rise Farm, Lewes, East Sussex, BN7 3PR for the following licensable activities: The application for a premises licence has been applied for Friday, Saturday and Sunday 14th, 15th and 16th June 2024, and then annually for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday for the third weekend of June every year. Sale of alcohol for consumption (on and off the premises) Friday 17:00-23:00, Saturday 11:00-23:00, and Sunday 11:00-23:00. Live & Recorded music (Indoors and outdoors) Friday 17:00-23:00, Saturday 11:00-23:00, and Sunday 11:00-23:00.
*In the case of an application for a provisional statement, representations are restricted after the issue of a provisional statement.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection to licensing@lewes-eastbourne.gov.uk or Licensing Team Southover House, Southover Road, Lewes BN7 1AB no later than midnight on 03/10/2023. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries available via www.lewes-eastbourne.gov.uk . It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
