LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 31st August 2023, T.J Morris Limited applied to Durham

County Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Home Bargains, Dragonville Retail Park, Dragon Lane, Durham DH1 2WP. The proposed licensable activities are:- 1. The supply of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham DH1 9HZ or by email to licensing@durham.gov.uk no later than the 28th September 2023 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Durham County Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
