NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES
LICENCE

Notice is given that McDonald’s Restaurants Limited has
applied to Bedford Borough Council on 5th September
2023 for the grant of a Premises Licence to use the premises
at McDonald’s Restaurants, Fairhill, Bedford, MK41 7FY
for the provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 until
05:00 Mondays to Sundays. Any person wishing to make
any representation to the application should set out, in
writing, the grounds for making representations and send
to :- The Licensing Authority, Bedford Borough Council,
Borough Hall, Cauldwell Street, Bedford, MK42 9AP.
Representations must reach the Licensing Unit no later than
3rd October 2023. The application can be viewed during
office hours at the Council or via the Council’s website :-
http://www.bedford.gov.uk/licencing
Note : It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application. A person
is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a
false statement be made.
