What is proposed?

Notice of application for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of The Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Rebecca Chui has applied for a premises licence to Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council in relation to Stanley’s, 11 Little Underbank, Stockport, SK1 1LA to permit the provision of the following licensable activities:

Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption On the premises Sunday to Thursday 12:00hrs – 00:00 Friday to Saturday 12:00hrs to 01:00hrs.

Late Night Refreshment and Recorded music Sunday to Thursday 23:00hrs – 00:00 Friday to Saturday 23:00hrs to 01:00hrs.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of their representation by 03/10/2023 stating the ground for making said representation to: Licensing Officer (2003), Stockport Council, Fred Perry House, Edward Street, Stockport SK1 3XE.


The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting www.stockport.gov.uk and following the links.

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for Premises Licence and there is an unlimited fine on being convicted of such offence.
