What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003, Notice of application for a Premises Licence

Notice is given that McDonald’s Restaurants Limited has applied to Birmingham City Council on 7th September 2023 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at McDonald’s Restaurants, 42 Dale End, Birmingham, B4 7NJ.

For the provision of late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays from 23:00 until Midnight.

Any person who wishes to make a representation must do so in writing, preferably by e-mail to : licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or alternatively by post to :- General Licensing, Regulation and Enforcement, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ.

Representations must be received in writing within 28 days from the date of this Notice, ie. by midnight on 5th October 2023.

Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
