Notice is given that I, Kartik J Jadav has applied to the London Borough of Hillingdon for a New Premises Licence for Sale of alcohol off the premises for the following premises: Choices Supermart, Unit 3, The Arena, Stockley Park, Uxbridge UB11 1AA.
Details of the application can be viewed on the Council website www.hillingdon.gov. uk or by contacting the licensing service on 01895 277433.
Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of the application must notify the Licensing Service, Civic Centre, Uxbridge UB8 1UW by 29th September 2023.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application that carries an unlimited fine.
