Notice is hereby given that We Koala Karlous Ltd On 24th August 2023 have made application to the Plymouth City Council, being the Licensing Authority for the purposes of the above Act, for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises situated at and known as: Koala Karlous, 101 Lawrence Road, Plymouth, PL9 9SJ
The relevant licensable activities as follows:
Sale of Alcohol on the premises Sunday to Thursday 17:00hrs to 22:00hrs and Friday and Saturday 17:00hrs to 23:00hrs, Films on and off the premises Friday to Sunday 17:00hrs to 22:00hrs
Any representations to this application should be made in writing or electronically to: Public Protection Service Manager, Licensing Office, Plymouth City Council, Ballard House, West Hoe Road, Plymouth, PL1 3BJ. licensing@ plymouth.gov.uk (for electronic representations please provide your postal address). No later than 21/09/23
A copy of this application can be viewed on the Council’s licensing register or at the Licensing Office address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
